About Us: About the Practice

Dr. Roberts practices general orthopedics with an emphasis on sports medicine, joint diseases, fracture care and spine pathology with an emphasis on traumatic injuries and spinal disorders. Dr. Roberts endured an intensive residency and fellowship program while training at The Baylor Department of Orthopedic Surgery in Houston. He has experienced broad clinical and surgical exposures in joint replacement, hand surgery, pediatric orthopedics, sports medicine and foot and ankle surgery. He spent a year in fellowship training in trauma surgery learning more advanced techniques in fracture care as well as the approach to fracture non-unions, malunions, and those injuries complicated with infection. During his fellowship year he had the added benefit of extensive training in spine surgery where he became proficient in the conservative and surgical treatment of back pain, disc disease, spinal instability, and spinal stenosis.

Dr. Roberts’ background is a thorough exposure to the many faces of orthopedic surgery. Today he continues to hone his clinical and surgical skills in these areas to provide patients with the current methods of intervention, conservative and surgical to assist them with their musculoskeletal complaints.
